Adding access to all

If you are adding the same user to many models in the company, you can consider giving access to all the models, scenarios, and sheets, rather than selecting one by one.

To give access to all, in the Model Collaborators column, select the green colored Give Access to All button below the name of the user.  Give Access to All button below the name of the user, in the Model Collaborators column. A dialog box is displayed, select Add.

A confirmation message is displayed.

To remove the access given for any model, scenario, or sheet, just select the X to the right side of each access that you wish to remove.
